Good Ben? Bad Ben?
In LOST episode 4.8, "Meet Kevin Johnson", we find out how Michael makes his return to the series. Driven by guilt and the in-ability for him to end his own life, good'ole Mike agrees to thwart the evil doings of Mr. Widmore.
My whole theory about Ben planting the plane-wreck at the bottom of the ocean is spoiled *ARRGGHHHH!!!*. We find out that it was Mr. Widmore who found the 300+ bodies to cause the distraction...but who's telling the truth here? Is Ben really the "good guy"? We can't be certain until we find out who shot Rousseau and Karl (that would be pretty evil of Ben...if he had anything to do with it).
Can the writers turn the story enough to have the audience cheering for Ben in the end? I think that might be where the show is headed. Ben's a bit of a short fellow and I'd place a bet that he's the one in the coffin at the end of season 3. It would be an awesome tragedy if Ben ended up as the hero of the show. His death would be laced with so much guilt because until now, I think most of us believed he was almost pure evil.
What will happen to Michael? Who killed the French woman and Karl? Anybody know Korean (translate the words on the back of that watch!!!)? We’ll have to wait a whole month before the next episode *sigh*.

i don't think that was ben in the coffin. it might be jacks father in the coffin. i don't think he is actually dead because in one of the future events with jack he says go upstairs and see if i am drunker than my father.
i think ben is really a good guy because if he wanted to kill all the passengers of the airplane he could of with that gas.

I don't see how they could make Ben out to be a good guy. Didn't he kill all the Dharma people as well as his father? I suppose he could have reformed. Speaking of that, do we know what happened after the Dharma people were killed? How did Ben get his group of 'others' together?

Korean inscriptions on back of the Rolex watch that Jin gave to Michael translate to "congratulations," "mutual cooperation," "business development," and "Mr. Paik."
I feel Ben had the killing of Karl and Danielle planned, thats why he sent them to the Temple.
And regarding the bodies question is still unanswered coz Ben also had access to dead bodies (people dead during Purge) so he also can potentially plant 300+ bodies.
